My dad doesn't like brussel sprouts but I think if he would just try these bacon wrapped brussel sprouts he'd change his mind. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, with all that bacony goodness. You'll get ooohs and aaahs anytime you bring a plate of these out.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut the 
10 pieces Bacon
​in half
Wrap each of the 
20 Brussel sprouts
​tightly in a half piece of bacon and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until bacon is crispy, and sprouts are soft when pierced with a fork.
