Butternut Squash and Sausage Skillet

Butternut squash

Heat skillet to medium high and add
Slice
2 Farmers or italian sausage
into pieces and place in pan.​
Add
1/2 tsp Allspice
and cook sausage until browned, about 5 minutes.​
Peel and slice the
2 large Butternut squash
into 1 inch cubes.​
Chop the 
Add to skillet the chopped butternut squash and kale as well as the
1 large Onion
2 cloves Garlic
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Salt
and cook until butternut squash begins to soften, about 5 minutes.​​​​
Reduce heat to medium. Add
1/2 cup Vegetable stock
and cover skillet. Cook until squash is tender, about 20 minutes.​
