This pie is moist, chewy, sweet and incredibly satisfying, without refined sugar. It's also grain free, thanks to the lentil flour and ground flax seed. We hope you enjoy this MixMeals original recipe.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place 
2 tbsp Coconut oil
in a 9x9 inch baking dish and put in oven to liquify while oven preheats. ​
Chop the 
6 Dates
​into chunks.
In a food processor, combine the chopped dates with the
2/3 cup Lentil flour
2 tbsp Ground flax seed
1/4 tsp Salt
1 cup Water
​and blend until the dates are broken up.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the batter with the
2 tbsp Maple syrup
4 tbsp Peanut butter
2 tbsp Chocolate chips
​and stir well. 
Bake for 45 minutes, or until top springs back when pressed.
