Easy Hummus

Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1 15 oz
can
Garlic

cloves
Olive oil

cup
Lemon juice

Tahini (optional)

Cumin

Paprika
1/4
tsp
In a food processor, puree the
1 15 oz can Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1 cloves Garlic
1/4 cup Olive oil
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Tahini (optional)
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Salt
If necessary, add 1-2 tbsp. water to achieve smooth consistency.​​​​​​​
Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle
1/4 tsp Paprika
on top.​
