You can't beat this basic muffin recipe. The banana and maple syrup keep the recipe free of refined sugar, and the use of gluten free flour mix makes it suitable for more diets. If you don't have gluten free flour mix, try replacing the flour with rice flour, almond flour, or lentil flour.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  1. Mash
    2 Bananas
    ​ in a large mixing bowl.
  1. Add
    2 tbsp Maple Syrup
    1 Egg, slightly beaten
  1. Add 
    1/3 cup Butter, melted
    1 cup Blueberries
  1. Combine
    1 tsp Baking soda
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1.5 cup Bob's Mill GF All purpose Flour mix
    ​and gently stir into banana mixture.
  1. Pour into 12 well-greased muffin cups.
  1. Bake for 20 minutes.
