Gluten Free Beer Batter Fish Fillets

To make self-rising flour: In a mixing bowl, mix together the 
1.5 cup brown rice flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
In a small bowl, lightly beat the
1 Egg
Add the beaten egg to the mixing bowl, and slowly whisk in the
1.5 cup Beer
Place bowl in the fridge for 30 min to rest.
Heat oil in a large frying pan to medium high.
Cut fish into serving sizes. Roll in
1 tbsp Brown rice flour
​and shake off excess.
Take batter from fridge and give it a light whisk. Using a fork, dip the fish pieces into the batter and let the excess batter drip off.
Lay the fish gently into the oil and cook each side until golden brown.
Cool off fish and serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
