Crispy on the outside, moist and dense on the inside - this is the only waffle recipe you'll need. The pumpkin keeps things moist and adds nutrition.

Preheat waffle iron.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the
2 cup Garbanzo bean flour
4 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Salt
Add theĀ 
1 and 3/4 cup Milk
2 Eggs
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 cup Pumpkin puree
Grease waffle iron with cooking spray/cooking oil. Pour mix onto waffle iron, sprinkle in a few blueberries and cook until golden brown.
