Could it be true? Could a grain free, sugar free, dairy free muffin be this moist and delicious? Don't take our word for it - try this recipe out. The garbanzo bean flour can be found very cheaply at places like walmart. These are an excellent base to add ingredients like fruit or chocolate chips.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large mixing bowl combine the
2 cup Garbanzo bean flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt

Finely grate the 
4 large Carrots
​until you have 4 cups of grated carrot
Mash the 
1 Banana
​and combine with the grated carrot
Fold the grated carrot and banana into the dry mix, and add 
1.5 cup Water
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
