These roasted chickpeas make a great healthy snack, and are dead simple to make. Try adding them to a salad.

Nutrition types:

Roasted Chickpeas

Chickpeas (Garbanzo beans)

Olive oil

Salt

Spices or herbs (Chilli powder, cumin, rosemary, thyme, etc)

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
Open the

2 can Chickpeas (Garbanzo beans)

Place chickpeas in a strainer, and rinse thoroughly in cold water.
Pat chickpeas dry with a towel.
Spread the chickpeas evenly on a baking sheet.
Drizzle the chickpeas with

2 tbsp Olive oil

1/2 tsp Salt

Stir chickpeas until evenly coated.
Spread chickpeas evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and toss chickpeas with the

3 tbsp Spices or herbs

Serve hot.
