Sweet Date Breakfast Hash

Dates, pitted

Preheat skillet to medium high and add the

2 tbsp Coconut oil

Chop the

1/2 Onion

1/2 cup Dates, pitted

2 leaf Basil leaf

Fry the chopped onions until they are golden brown, about 7 minutes.
Add the chopped dates, basil and

1/2 tsp Salt

and fry for 3 more minutes.

Make two depressions in the mixture and add the

2 Eggs

fry for three minutes, then add 2 tbsp. water to skillet and cover for another 3 minutes.
